As regulators and financial institutions place growing emphasis on where data is hosted, under which jurisdiction, and how easily it can be moved, NeoXam offers one of the most flexible hosting footprints in its market:
§ Cloud first, across dozens of AWS regions. Cloud-native by design, NeoXam’s managed platform is served by default from AWS regions ranging from the US and Europe to Singapore and Sydney, allowing clients to meet their data residency requirements.
§ A sovereign private cloud option in Europe. European clients with stricter compliance or sovereignty requirements can opt for NeoXam’s private cloud, operated under European jurisdiction, as an alternative to public cloud hosting.

What the EU Data Act requires
This strategy takes on particular significance with the entry into application of the EU Data Act. The regulation requires providers of data processing services to remove obstacles to switching, to guarantee data portability within defined timelines, and to phase out switching charges, including data egress fees, by January 2027. It also requires providers to safeguard non-personal data held in the EU against unlawful third-country government access.
