NeoXam takes action against COVID-19:measures taken for the continuity of your services

The health and safety of our teams and our customers have always been at the heart of our priorities and this is even more the case today in the face of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

In view of new developments in the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19, we have instituted mandatory telecommuting for all Paris Office Employees as well as for most of  our employees globally, until further notice. We are  closely following developments and will let you know as soon as this changes.

In order to protect the health of your and our employees and limit the spread of Coronavirus, we have taken the following measures:

  • No physical meetings, all teams will need to meet by phone or video until further notice.
  • Customer support  and professional services remain 100% operational, do not hesitate to reach out your consultant  or account manager if you have any questions, or face any issues.
  • Our sales team will remain operational, demonstrations of our solutions will be carried out via screen sharing.

We will refine and evolve our action plan against Coronavirus based on new information that reaches us and we will keep you informed.
